Terms of Service
Last updated: June 18, 2026
1. About this application
StreamClipper is a personal content management tool designed for individual streamers. It enables the owner to process stream clips, manage publishing schedules, and distribute video content to social media platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and Kick. The application also integrates with StreamElements for overlay and alert management.
2. Personal use only
StreamClipper is intended exclusively for personal use by its registered owner. It is not a public service, marketplace, or platform open to the general public. Access to the application is restricted to authorized users only.
3. Third-party platform integrations
StreamClipper connects to the following third-party platforms using their official APIs and OAuth 2.0 authorization flows:
- YouTube / Google — for video upload and channel analytics (YouTube Terms of Service)
- TikTok — for video publishing (TikTok Terms of Service)
- Twitch — for VOD access and channel analytics (Twitch Terms of Service)
- Kick — for channel analytics and stream management (Kick Terms of Service)
- StreamElements — for overlay and stream data integration (StreamElements Terms of Service)
Use of each integrated platform is governed by that platform's own terms of service and privacy policy. StreamClipper does not guarantee continued availability of any third-party integration.
4. Authorized use of platform APIs
The application accesses third-party platform APIs solely on behalf of the authenticated owner and only to perform actions explicitly initiated by the owner (e.g., uploading a video, reading channel statistics). No automated actions are taken without user initiation unless explicitly configured by the owner through the scheduling feature.
5. Data and storage
All application data — including OAuth tokens, user settings, and processed media files — is stored on the server or device controlled by the application owner. No data is transmitted to or stored by any external party other than through the authorized API integrations described above.
6. Limitation of liability
StreamClipper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The owner of this application assumes full responsibility for its use, including compliance with the terms and policies of all integrated third-party platforms. The application developer is not liable for any damages, data loss, or account actions resulting from use of this software.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the application following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
